History
Prisma was created in 2004 by three former Goldman Sachs partners, Girish Reddy, Thomas Healey and Gavyn Davies. By absorbing a portion of the assets of AEGON USA Investment Management, LLC that same year, Prisma acquired a performance track record dating back to 1997.

Prisma’s team offers senior level expertise across multiple disciplines such as portfolio management, risk, and operations/infrastructure. The professionals directly involved with investment decisions have, on average, 21 years experience in related capacities, longevity in their work history and well-regarded educational backgrounds. Overlaying the business is a strong entrepreneurial culture in which Prisma partners invest their own capital alongside their clients.
